When during my Memorial Day Monday photo walk through Dupont Circle that I captured two guys with tattoos I did not realize that I captured them a few weeks ago.When they inquired the nature if my photography, I sat and chatted with them for a few minutes. Mentioning that Dupont Circle had been one of ongoing themes since 1992, that what caught my attention pertaining to them during my Memorial Day Monday walk through the circle was their tattoos and the fact they are two men.
